Maybe you’ve been told, “At least your baby is healthy.”
Maybe you’ve tried to talk about what happened, only to feel dismissed, interrupted or misunderstood.
Or maybe you’ve never really spoken about it at all.
Whether your C Section happened six months ago or ten years ago, your experience still matters.
VOICE is your space to finally be heard.
A private, online, supportive 60-minute session where you can share your C-Section experience openly, honestly and at your own pace, without judgement, without feeling rushed and without anyone telling you how you should feel.
Because when you’ve spent months or even years pushing your feelings aside, questioning whether you have the right to feel the way you do or telling yourself you should be over it by now, you may never have given yourself the opportunity to truly acknowledge what you went through.
And when your experience has never been properly heard or acknowledged, it can be difficult to make sense of why certain feelings are still there.
Having the space to tell your story matters because it allows you to stop minimising your experience, begin understanding what has stayed with you and recognise that your feelings deserve attention too.
You don’t have to keep carrying something you haven’t had the space to talk about.
This session isn’t about fixing everything in an hour. It’s about giving yourself the opportunity to be heard, understand your experience with greater compassion and begin recognising what you might need to move forward.
What we’ll explore together
During our time together, you’ll have the opportunity to:
Tell your story in your own words because you deserve to have your experience acknowledged, not minimised.
Make sense of your feelings, whether that’s anger, sadness, guilt, disappointment, confusion or emotions you’ve struggled to put into words.
Explore what still feels significant recognising the moments or experiences that may still be affecting you today.
Feel heard and understood, without having to justify your emotions, defend your experience or pretend everything is okay.
Gain clarity on what you need next whether that’s simply having your story witnessed, giving yourself space to process or exploring further support.
